Rules and Requirements

  • Max people: See pricing package.
  • Max Hours: 5 hours + setup and tear down.
  • Cutoff Time: Must end no later than 12 midnight (including tear-down time)
  • Overtime/Extra Guests: Additional guests/people or additional event time beyond what is included in the reservation will result in a fine. Please ensure that the premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your reservation.
  • Parking/Traffic Control: The venue is located on a narrow hillside road. Guests may not park on the street in front of the property due to LAFD fire safety restrictions. Host must either arrange a guest shuttle or enforce rideshare pickup/drop off at the event.
  • Music/Noise Level: DJs, Live Music, and Amplified music are allowed. You are responsible for controlling noise level.
  • Deposit: You must pay a refundable deposit to book this space. Please note that if police are called out, the venue will be fined and this cost will be deducted from the deposit.
