The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a double-basin sink, Keurig, blender, and bay windows with picturesque views, adjoined by a dining room. A basement laundry room with a washer, dryer, and cleaning sink adds convenience. 

Shared outdoor areas include 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds with lush garden paths, fruit trees, multiple ponds, waterfalls, a sparkling pool overlooking a wildlife reserve, and a 7,500 sqft hardscaped area with Turkish travertine, pergolas, and a custom 10-foot outdoor fireplace.
